Non-emulsified PB


"I bought natural peanut butter and it’s runny. Now I don’t want to eat it."

Solution: Drizzle your PB over cereal. It meshes well with the (nondairy) milk. Maybe even add some raisins or other dried fruit.

Alternatively, if you have some rather dry cookies before you, then they can be greatly enhanced by some of that peanut oil rich natural stuff.

(One could also bake with it directly, but be careful about wet-to-dry ratios and the proportion of peanut oil. See here.)
